In the world around us. In the organizations we lead. In ourselves. Paluka is a transformative studio — designing immersive learning experiences for leaders, pioneers, and communities who sense a deeper calling and are ready to answer it.

Where we begin
Not through pressure or performance — but through presence. Through slowing down, listening deeply, and reconnecting with what truly matters. Before anything can transform around you, something has to move inside you. That is where we begin. Everything else follows.
The most meaningful change happens in relationships. When people come together around shared purpose, real conversations, and lived experience — something shifts. Ideas become movements. Individuals become communities. We create the conditions for that to happen.
The Triple Ripple Effect
This is not a theory. It is what we have witnessed, shaped, and built on since 2004.
Consciousness
What awakens inside you is the origin of everything. Awareness, clarity, and a deepened sense of who you are and what you stand for.
Connection
How you connect with others is shaped by what has shifted within. Authentic leadership, real dialogue, and the courage to be present.
Creativity
What you ultimately create in the world is what remains. Movements, cultures, and work that carries meaning — and continues to ripple outward.
About us
We are not a training company. We are not a consultancy. Paluka is a living practice — shaped by the people, places, and contexts we work with. Driven by a deep conviction that something essential is being lost in the relentless pursuit of speed, optimisation, and performance. And a refusal to look the other way.

"We don't script the outcome. We design the conditions for something real to happen."
What we do
We create environments where people, ideas, and movements can take root. Our work combines reflection, dialogue, embodied learning, movement, nature, art, and culture — built for lasting integration, not short-term inspiration.
Tailormade
Every organization carries its own story, its own tensions, its own potential. That's why we don't believe in off-the-shelf programs. We co-create each journey around the specific context, challenges, and ambitions of the people involved. Whether it's a leadership retreat, a learning expedition for a team in transition, or an intensive program built around conscious leadership and culture change.
Let's talk about what you need →Originals
Alongside our tailormade work, Paluka develops independent experiences for individuals and communities seeking deeper growth, fresh perspective, and meaningful connection. These are spaces for exploration — where people from different backgrounds come together around shared themes, stories, and lived experience. Through gatherings, immersive journeys, and initiatives like Soul Talk, Peers Track, SHE Level.

Where we work
Some places do something to you. They slow you down, open you up, and create the conditions for something new to emerge. The places we work from are not incidental — they are part of the experience itself.
Base
A base for structure, clarity, and depth. Where strategy meets reflection, and where we connect with the organizations, teams, and leaders navigating change in the heart of Europe.
Home
A place to breathe, feel, and reconnect. Where the noise of everyday life fades and something more essential can surface. Home to many of our immersive retreats and learning expeditions nestled in landscapes that invite stillness and depth.
Intention
Working across these two contexts is intentional. It allows us to bridge structure and flow, strategy and soul, the analytical and the embodied — meeting people wherever they are in their journey.

"We are committed to finding more human, more meaningful, more regenerative ways of living and working — together with the people who walk through our door."
About us
Shaped by the people, places, and contexts we work with. Driven by heart, passion, creativity, and a deep commitment to what it means to be human in a world that moves faster and smarter than most of us can keep up with.
We believe that something essential is being lost in the relentless pursuit of speed, optimisation, and performance. And we have chosen to do something about it.
We are drawn to the edges where inner development meets real-world impact — where reflection meets action, where humanity meets leadership. We don't believe in quick fixes or short-term inspiration. We believe in integration, in experiences that stay with you, that change how you see, decide, and lead.
We hold space. That is perhaps the simplest way to describe it. We create conditions for what is already trying to emerge — in people, in teams, in organizations — and we accompany that process with care, craft, and conviction.
We ask uncomfortable questions, challenge conventional thinking, and refuse to accept that busyness is the same as progress. Not to disrupt for disruption's sake, but because we genuinely believe there are more human, more meaningful, more regenerative ways of living and working.
And we are committed to finding them together with the people who walk through our door.
Guiding principles
We start within.
We build on consciousness, connection, and creativity.
We invite lived experience.
We bridge the gap.
We aim for lasting transformation.
We serve something greater.
We carry the spark.
The people behind Paluka
Paluka began with two people and a conviction — Inge and Manouschka. Together, they chose never to take the easy road. Never to simply run a programme. Always to go looking for what wants to emerge.
Over time the family expanded. To begin with Roos, and later Esli and Melja. They watched us refuse to compromise, refuse to stop listening — and they chose to walk the same path with full hearts and the same conviction.
Beyond the core, Paluka is built on an inner circle of extraordinary people. Practitioners, artists, guides, storytellers, and wanderers, each shaped by their own journey. Not consultants. Not facilitators-for-hire. People who bring themselves.

"The deepest growth rarely begins with a model or method. It begins with a moment — an image, a sentence, a silence. Something you feel before you understand it."

"These are more than events. They are invitations — to slow down, be present, and find your way forward through experience."
Originals
We design independent experiences for individuals and communities seeking deeper growth, fresh perspective, and meaningful connection. Each one designed to move something. Explore what calls you.
Personal growth, clarity and peer learning — on your own terms.
Soul Talk is for those moments when something in you knows it's time: time to face what's really going on, to understand it fully, and to find your own way forward. Whether you're navigating a crisis, standing at a crossroads, or carrying a question that won't leave you alone — this is a space for depth, honesty, and genuine movement.
In the first conversation, we go beneath the surface. Beyond the story you've been telling: what's really at stake. We identify the essence of what you're facing — without shortcuts, without softening.
The second conversation places your challenge in context. What patterns are at play? What has shaped this moment? Understanding the whole opens up what wasn't visible before.
In the third conversation, something shifts. From insight into direction. From understanding into movement. You leave not with a plan imposed from outside, but with a clarity that is genuinely yours.
What it gives you
Is Soul Talk right for you? Before committing, we offer a free exploratory conversation to sense whether this is the right fit for you.

We work in small circles as a homebase — a place where trust, reflection and honest exchange can emerge. Built on a simple belief: growth happens in circles, through peers, in real experience. Each circle becomes a trusted peer group, held by one shared direction: growing in presence and translating that into meaningful impact.
Tracks combines different elements that support both personal depth and collective learning:
For reflection and dialogue — your trusted peer group, your homebase.
For clarity and direction — individual guidance when it matters most.
For new perspectives and language — fresh thinking from outside your world.
Deep, lived experience in the Netherlands or Portugal — where insight becomes embodied.
What it brings
If this resonates, start with a conversation. A moment to explore where you are, what you're navigating, and what kind of circle could support your next step.
Plan a first meeting →Circles of trust, shared journeys, and movements that last.
We are living in a time in-between. Leadership can't lean on yesterday's playbook. Nor can it fix its eyes on a destination that isn't clear yet. What remains is the present — the choices you make from here, in line with what truly matters to you.
Nature regenerates: it gives back more than it takes. Leadership, and the systems we build, rarely do. This quest holds both threads — presence as your compass, regeneration as your teacher.
Before we set out together, we find each other. In a carefully assembled group of leaders, you meet your peers online. You explore where you stand, what you carry, and what's calling for your attention. The journey begins before the first step is taken.
Then comes Portugal. The Algarve. We begin at Quinta Vale de Lama, a regenerative farm and boutique eco retreat where the land itself sets the tone. Nothing is extracted without something given back — it's a living mirror for how we treat the earth, and just as much for how we treat ourselves. From there, we walk: part of the Fisherman's Trail, from Lagos to Sagres, the southwesternmost point of mainland Europe, once believed to be the edge of the known world. The Atlantic stretches endlessly to one side, ancient cliffs rise on the other.
Days of walking have their own way of surfacing what matters — what you've been carrying, what's gone unsaid between you and others. The trail doesn't push for insight. It makes room for it. Conversations deepen. Silence becomes welcome. This isn't a leadership training. It's a leadership transformation.
Every trail leads somewhere. But the most important thing it changes is the one walking it. You leave not with a new framework, but with a new clarity. In the weeks that follow, we come together online to reflect, to share, and to support each other in weaving what you've discovered into the fabric of your daily work and life. Because transformation isn't a moment. It's a practice.
What it brings you
The Trail is for leaders who sense that the next step forward is also a step inward — for those who want to lead from what's here, now, in a way that is fully, unmistakably their own.

The world is in transition. Old systems no longer hold. New ones are not yet fully formed. What is needed cannot be led from the top down alone. It asks for presence. Intuition. Courage. SHE Level brings together women who feel that — not because they have the answers, but because they are willing to explore, to trust, and to act.
SHE Level women move beyond traditional systems. They lead in ways that are:
Thinking in generations, creating life beyond short-term gain.
Strengthening resilience, wellbeing and psychological safety.
Honoring difference while building true connection.
Six women. On the road. For one week, in Portugal or the Netherlands, the world softens its grip and something ancient and intelligent returns: the knowing of the body, the clarity of silence, the power of real connection. The road becomes a teacher — in conversations that stretch beyond the surface, in encounters with women who have carved their own path.
Between destinations, the real journey unfolds. Around a table where words land differently. In rituals that mark what shifts within. In landscapes that open something that could not be accessed before. Here, trust is not built — it emerges. Here, leadership is not performed — it is felt.
The outcome
If this resonates, start with a conversation. A moment to pause, reflect, and sense whether this journey is calling you.

Many are navigating more than just the question of where they're headed. The pressure to perform, the constant noise, the weight of expectations — from others and from themselves. A world that moves fast and asks a lot. The ocean doesn't judge any of that. It simply meets you where you are. It asks nothing, promises nothing — and leaves nothing untouched. We take you out on the water. And inward.
Soulsurfing combines the physical adventure of surfing with a genuine inner journey. Not as metaphor, but as reality. Because learning to surf teaches you something that no degree or career path can: how to find stillness in movement. How to stay grounded when the wave takes you. How to recover your center and get back up.
Before we hit the water together, we find each other. In a carefully assembled group, you meet your peers online. Slowly, without pressure. A first movement toward trust. You begin to sense what's stirring — in yourself, and in the group.
Then comes Portugal. The Algarve. The moment where experience takes over from thinking. You learn to surf with an exceptional surf school — led by people who understand the difference between performing and being present. Alongside the waves, there is space for reflection, conversation and depth. For breathwork, movement and practices that help you regulate, restore and return to yourself.
Surfers know something worth learning: balance isn't something you hold onto. It's something you keep finding. That's the practice. In the water, and beyond it.
Not every wave can be seen coming. But you learn to read them. Wavemakers is about developing an inner compass — the capacity to stay anchored when everything around you shifts. You leave not with someone else's answers, but with a clarity that is yours. A direction that feels right because you found it yourself.
What it brings you
Wavemakers isn't for everyone. It's for those who feel that it's time for something real — for an experience that stays with you, not just as a memory, but as a way of moving through the world.
